We've designed our soft washable rugs to make your life easier, so caring for them is simple:

• When your rug arrives, simply unfold it and place it flat in your desired space. Our washable rugs are easy to fold and unfold. Please note, since your rug will arrive folded, it may take a few days for any creases to relax.
• When it's time to clean your rug, simply machine wash with cold water using the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach.
• We recommend line drying or drying without heat on an air-only drying cycle. A low heat iron can be used if needed.
• To remove any dirt or debris, hand vacuum carefully on the lowest setting without the beater bar.
• Compatible with rug pads from Ruggable, Tumble rugs, Safavieh and other brands.
• Our washable rugs are designed to be compatible with most standard washing machines.

How long is the return window?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
