Order Cancellations

Easy 2-Hour Window (Weekdays): Need to cancel? Email us at service@lahomedecor.com (from the email you used to place the order) within 2 hours on weekdays for a full refund. After that, if your order has moved into production or shipping, it can’t be canceled—but you can still return it once it arrives. See our Return Policy below.

30-Day Returns

Flexible 30-Day Window: Changed your mind? Return any Lahome item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Who Pays Shipping:

  • Non-quality returns (wrong size, color change, or “just not for me,” etc.): You cover the return postage.
  • Our error or defects (damaged, wrong item, or defect): we cover return shipping and refund both item & original delivery fee.
To start a return: Email service@lahomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must be:
  • Unused & unwashed
  • In original (or similar protective) packaging
  • Free from pet hair, dirt, grass stains, makeup, or any signs of wear, washing, or damage

Heads up:

  • If the package is opened, we will charge a 10% packaging fee.
  • If an item comes back in a condition we can’t resell, we’ll still issue a 50% refund—better than nothing!

One-Time Free Exchanges

  • One Swap Per Order: You’re entitled to one free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges on previously exchanged items aren’t eligible.
  • Same Item Condition Rule: Items must meet the same condition standards as returns.
    • Non-quality returns (wrong size, color change, or “just not for me,” etc.): You cover the return postage.
    • Our error or defects (damaged, wrong item, or defect): we cover return shipping and refund both item & original delivery fee.
  • Price Differences:
  • Exchanging for a lower-priced item? We’ll refund the difference.
  • Going for something pricier? We’ll email you a secure payment link for the difference.
  • How to Exchange:
Email service@lahomedecor.com with your order number and the item you’d like to swap for. We’ll send you a return label (subject to inventory). If your choice is out of stock, simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

A Few Final Notes

  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Please insure your package or obtain proof of shipment—claims with carriers are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–9 business days.
  • Packaging Matters: Use the original box or similarly protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
